Usage guide
Surface Preparation
- PCD (polycrystalline): removal of epoxy residues and other hard coatings. High grinding power and pore opening on all types of concrete.
- SPLIT: removal of hard coatings. High grinding power and pore opening.
- Coarse and extra-coarse diamond: grits 6 and 16, metal bond, 3 bond hardnesses (soft/medium, hard and extra hard). Heavy grinding, repair, pore opening and levelling, high output.
Medium and Fine Grinding
- Medium-grit diamond: grits 30, 45 and 75, metal bond, 3 bond hardnesses. Refining, standard grinding and high-performance honing. First steps for concrete polishing.
Intermediate and Final Polishing
- Metal pad (grits 30, 80, 150, 300): latest-generation metal alloy for concrete and terrazzo, dry or wet. High abrasive power.
- Hybrid (grits 50, 100, 200, 400): resin/metal alloy with 10 mm diamond height, dry or wet. High performance on concrete, natural stone and terrazzo.
- Phenolic (grits 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000): phenolic resin with 10 mm diamond height and high diamond concentration. Intermediate and final polishing of industrial and decorative concrete, natural stone and terrazzo.
